William Jessup University’s music program and the man at the heart of it all.
Tom Ruscica is the Associate Dean for the School of Humanities and the Arts and serves as the Chair of the Music Department at William Jessup University.
He likes to think that he excels at developing students into inspiring and influential leaders, claiming to be passionate about creating opportunities. Tom very much likes the personal opportunities generated by leading the University Choir & Orchestra (UCO).
Tom’s life revolves around UCO and this site serves to share stories, some almost unbelievable, about what is happening at northern California’s premier Christian university.
